ABOUT WE THE WENCKS

We The Wencks is a New York production company led by Executive Producers Aaron Wenck and Lauren Wohl. We partner with agencies and brands to create commercial films, photography, branded stories, and social content, managing projects from early creative development through production and final delivery.

Our approach is intentionally flexible. Some assignments call for a lean, experienced team that can move quickly. Others require larger crews, specialized departments, and extensive post production. We build the right team around each brief while remaining closely involved at every stage.
Our work spans healthcare, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, sports, and documentary storytelling. Selected clients include Roche, Botox Cosmetic, Kiehl’s, Valentino Beauty, CeraVe, Calvin Klein, Puma, Hilton, Canon, Netflix, and Stand Up To Cancer.

Whether we are producing a one-day studio shoot or a multi-location campaign, our goal is the same: thoughtful work, a well-run production, and a final product that delivers on the brief.

AARON WENCK

Executive Producer + Director/DP
Aaron is a director and cinematographer with extensive experience creating commercial films, branded content, photography, and documentary-driven work for agencies and brands. His approach combines refined visual storytelling with an instinct for natural performance.
As co-founder of We The Wencks, Aaron leads the creative and visual direction of projects from development through production and post.

LAUREN WOHL

Executive Producer + Post Producer
Lauren is an award-winning producer with extensive experience across digital and linear media. Before founding We The Wencks, she served as Vice President of Short-Form at Lifetime, where she led the creative development, production, and execution of branded and original short-form content across the network’s platforms.
Earlier in her career, Lauren produced long-form series and specials for ABC, NBC, Bravo, E!, MTV, Food Network, and Cooking Channel.
